Thomas Wright is Director of the Center on the United States and Europe and a Senior Fellow in International Order and Strategy at The Brookings Institution. His book All Measures Short of War: The Contest for the 21st Century and the Future of American Power was published by Yale University Press in 2017. Tom has a PhD from Georgetown University, an M Phil from Cambridge University, and a BA and MA from University College Dublin. Tom currently writes on Donald Trump’s foreign policy, strategic competition in the 21st century, transatlantic relations, and the future of European integration.
